Hugh Cowling
Hugh is an animation director, illustrator and music composer.
Originally from Lincoln UK, Hugh moved to Bristol in 2013 after studying illustration at Falmouth University.
He is the creative director of Uncle Ginger, which specialises in animated film and music composition. Established in 2015, Uncle Ginger creates animated films that transform complex and challenging topics into digestible narratives, through visual metaphor and considered design. Clients include: TATE, V&A, TED-Ed, GoPro, Al Jazeera and BBC.
